The Lobby Lounge, with its impressive wall of windows, showcases a mesmerising panorama of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island, truly one of the world’s most magnificent views. Relax over "V-Sips", signature cocktails, and "Tappetisers" at sunset as the skyline transforms into a kaleidescope of vibrant colours and during the nightly "Symphony of Lights" laser show at 8:00pm. In the early evening, chill-out “house music” blending soulful instrumentals with cool electronic jazz adds to the ambience. From 9:00pm onwards, showcased American singer Hillary Novak who performs a versatile repertoire of contemporary, pop and blues music in the Lobby Lounge. Alternatively enjoy Afternoon Tea or choose from the all-day menu that includes burgers made from organic, natural, free-range or grass-fed meat, plus a selection of “BYOB” (Build-your-own-Bento) Box Lunches and healthy salads.
